Resolved Question: Hunting, as a teenager out of state.?

So i was wondering if you would let your teenager go hunting out of state ? I live in Fargo ND(far east) and i want to hunt in like lets say Montana or Iowa/ Illinois area. And was wondering if your teenager was a good driver, LIVED to hunt. And would most likley use bow for safety and challenge. They also would use a GPS navigator and had EVREYTHING mapped out from how you get there to the land you hunt. Would you let your highschooler? What age?
