Resolved Question: What is a good business to start or a business that you would like where you live?

This business would be in Fargo, ND so even better if you live around there but, ideas from anyone anywhere would be great! I am trying to think of something out of the normal (so not a restaurant, clothing, grocery, or hardware store). I have already considered them and the one I might do is some kind of cafe.
